WELCOME TO TRUCK LITIGATION RESOURCE CENTER
Established in 1996 by David N. Nissenberg, author of The Law of Commercial Trucking: Damages to Persons and Property ( 3d. ed. ) Lexis-Nexis ). Under its auspices in the nine year period that the company has been in existence Mr. Nissenberg has presented a half day seminar titled "Truck Accident Litigation in a Nutshell" which has been attended by thousands of attorneys. The seminar remains popular and is still being presented.

From the inception of the company attorneys have sought recommendations from Mr. Nissenberg of expert witnesses to testify in their personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Nissenberg's authorship of what is now considered to be the definitive text on commercial trucking law and his frequent lecturing on the subject of truck accident litigation brought him into contact with numerous experts throughout the country and he was able to satisfy these requests. In 2002 Truck Litigation Resource Center added an expert witness referral service to its business. It is now the only service of its type solely devoted to providing expert witnesses on issues in litigation involving trucks, trailers, truck drivers and trucking companies. The experts it refers are not confined to plaintiffs or defense work or to any particular jurisdiction. The service is national in scope.

Truck Litigation Resource Center now Truck Litigation Resource Center, LLC is wholly owned and operated by David N.Nissenberg and his brother, Michael Nissenberg. It is their desire to provide quality, prompt, professional service to all who take advantage of the services offered. An attorney need only contact the company by calling 800-292-5855 or by sending an email message stating the nature of their case and the issues involved requiring expert testimony. Truck Litigation Resource Center will then arrange for an expert to contact the attorney. All fees and terms of engagement are negotiated directly between the attorney and the expert. There is no seperate fee for putting the expert in touch with the attorney. Payments for the expert's services are made to Truck Litigation Resource Center and it, in turn, pays the expert directly.
